Each unit supplies 960 colourless tips of 76 mm length, packed as 10 trays of 96 tips in green colour-coded trays for straightforward volume and pipette matching. The reload design cuts plastic waste considerably relative to single-use rack systems. Refill trays can be autoclaved at up to 121 °C while still in packaging or without foil, ready for subsequent use. Depending on tip dimensions, trays are nested against one another or stacked inside the refill system. Produced in PCR clean purity grade, the tips hold ACT certification based on independent sustainability validation performed by My Green Lab.
