Sample is dispensed into the outer vial and filtered by depressing the inner insert through the membrane; the clarified sample stays in the vial ready for autosampler use. The system combines an internal insert with membrane chamber and an external polypropylene vial. Snap-ring caps with a slotted silicone/PTFE septum are supplied as standard, with an unslotted septum available on request.
