Description

Flat flange reaction vial DN150, 4,0 l is a cylindrical, graduated laboratory glass vessel for chemical reactions, distillation and extraction applications. Designed around a DN150 flat flange, it assembles with matching lids, clamps and accessories into a sealed reaction setup suitable for multi-step organic and preparative work. Graduations along the cylindrical wall help track fill levels and transfer volumes during charging, sampling and work-up. An integrated temperature jacket allows heating or cooling fluid to be circulated so that reaction temperature can be held or adjusted according to the protocol. GL connections simplify attachment of tubing for media supply and process lines. Provided as one piece and weighing 5,200 kg, the vial delivers a practical larger mid-scale working volume for research and development laboratories. This flat flange vessel from manufacturer Lenz fits the established range of glass components used in distillation and extraction trains as well as standalone reactors. Graduated cylindrical geometry, jacketed thermal control and GL ports support reproducible batch handling with common laboratory flange hardware when a 4,0 l DN150 capacity is needed.

Questions about Flat flange reaction vial, cylindrical, graduated

What is this article?

Flat flange reaction vial, cylindrical, graduated is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Lenz for laboratory use. It sits in Microcentrifuge & reaction tubes, inside Microplates, PCR & reaction tubes, in Lab consumables.

A microcentrifuge tube, the familiar 1.5 mL or 2 mL flip-cap tube, holds a small reaction or a spin-down. The cap style, the centrifugal-force rating and whether the tube is low-binding are the specification. A PCR tube is thinner and is a different article.

A microplate is an array of wells so the same step can be done many times. A deep-well plate holds more volume. A PCR plate or a strip of tubes is thin-walled so the temperature of a cycler reaches the liquid quickly. A seal keeps the well from evaporating. The well number, the working volume and whether the plate is skirted for a robot are the choices. Diagnostic test systems are listed under ISO in vitro diagnostic systems. Methods are on PubMed.
