Manufactured from AR-Glas® soda-lime glass, each pipette carries durable brown graduation produced by silver diffusion colour and is marked with a dated batch identification together with a declaration of conformity according to DIN 12600. The scale features main-point ring graduation extending to the tip, zero point at the top, Type 3 construction in accordance with DIN EN ISO 835, and a scale division of 0,01 ml for the nominal volume of 1 ml. These measuring pipettes from manufacturer Hirschmann are supplied in packs of 12 pieces and support accurate liquid handling in analytical and routine laboratory work. A free batch calibration certificate is available via the manufacturer’s service portal; individual calibration certificates or DAkkS certificates can also be ordered. What is this article?

GRAD. PIPETTES, AS 1:0,01 ML, CC, AMBER STAIN GRADUATION is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Hirschmann for laboratory use. It sits in Graduated pipettes, inside Pipettes & pipette tips, in Lab consumables.

A graduated pipette delivers a chosen volume along a scale, to contain or to deliver as marked. Class A and class B differ in tolerance. A serological pipette is a different, usually plastic, article. Reading the meniscus and delivering correctly, blow-out or not, is printed on the pipette.

A pipette moves a measured volume. A volumetric pipette delivers one line. A graduated pipette delivers along a scale. A Pasteur pipette is an uncalibrated transfer. A piston pipette uses a tip, and the tip has to seal on that pipette. A filter tip adds a barrier so aerosol from the sample does not reach the piston. Serological pipettes are the long graduated tubes used with a controller. The volume and the fit are the specification. Piston pipettes are treated under ISO laboratory apparatus. In-vitro work also meets ISO in vitro diagnostic systems.
