Fabricated from agate and supplied complete with a specialised lid and integrated transmitter, the 80 ml jar enables continuous in-situ measurement of gas pressure and temperature directly inside the grinding chamber. When used as a pair together with a receiver board, the EASY GTM system converts the mill into an analytical monitoring platform that automatically regulates process parameters so that preset limits are not exceeded. This allows safe observation of thermal effects, physical or chemical reactions, and pressure changes during comminution. The jar is intended for the premium-line configuration and forms part of a modular concept in which the receiver unit needs to be ordered only once regardless of the number of EASY GTM jars employed.
