Hei-PLATE Mix'n'Heat Ultimate with CH cable is a precision magnetic stirrer with heating plate designed for forward-looking, networked laboratory work. Numerous interfaces fulfil digitalisation requirements: RS 232 and USB B permit control through the Hei-PROCESS solution, LAN connects the device directly to a network, the front-mounted USB A interface enables data logging via USB stick, and USB C supports combination with the electric Heidolph lifting platform. Temperature regulation offers three modes—FAST for especially rapid heating as well as PRECISE and PRECISE+ for highly accurate target-temperature control without overshoot, safeguarding sensitive samples. Compatibility with Pt1000 and dual Pt1000 sensors allows simultaneous measurement in the sample and heating medium. Programmable ramps and stored profiles give full process control and improve reproducibility. Three-stage start-up behaviour, selectable stir-bar rotation direction and automatic break-away detection ensure continuous optimal mixing. Key safety features include a large distance between heating plate and operating panel plus optical residual-heat warning above 50 °C.
