Description
Magnetic centrifugal pump, 15 W, with hose nozzle is a compact laboratory and process pump for transferring acids, alkalis, alkaline and galvanic baths, photochemicals, and radioactive, sterile or highly corrosive liquids. The 230 V motor drives the impeller via contactless magnetic force transmission, so no dynamic shaft seals are required; the pump housing remains hermetically sealed and leak-free. Wetted and structural materials comprise glass-fibre-reinforced PP, a stainless-steel shaft, Rulon bearings and an FKM seal. Delivery rate ranges from 1 to 12 l/min with a maximum head of 2 m. The unit is supplied without thread and fitted with a 14 mm hose nozzle for straightforward tubing connection. Seal-less construction, maximum ambient temperature 45 °C, maximum operating temperature 60 °C and maximum viscosity 20 mPas support reliable continuous duty. Net weight is 1,14 kg. This magnetic centrifugal pump from manufacturer Bürkle is intended for controlled fluid handling in laboratory, plating and chemical environments where leak integrity and chemical resistance are essential.

Questions about Magnetic centrifugal pump, 15 W, w/ tubing nozzle
What is this article?
Magnetic centrifugal pump, 15 W, w/ tubing nozzle is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bürkle for laboratory use. It sits in Hose connectors, adapters & fittings, inside Tubing, hoses & fittings, in Labware.
A hose connector or adapter joins two lines, or steps one bore down to another. The barb diameter has to match the tube, and the thread has to match the stopcock or the bottle. Most leaks are a mismatch here, not a hole in the tube.
Tubing is how a liquid or a gas moves between two vessels without being poured. Silicone stays flexible and survives repeated autoclaving. PTFE resists almost every solvent and is stiff. PVC is the ordinary flexible line for water and for mild aqueous work. The fitting, not the tube, is what usually leaks: the barb, the thread and the stopcock have to match the tube bore. Glass and plastic apparatus around these lines is indexed under ISO laboratory ware.
