Measuring pipette, soda-lime glass, Class AS, Type 1 with blue print provides accurate measuring and transferring of liquids in volumetric laboratory work. The 50 ml nominal volume allows different liquid quantities to be taken up and delivered in equal or variously sized portions. Made from soda-lime glass (AR-Glas®), the pipette is adjusted to deliver (Ex) at +20 °C reference temperature and meets Class AS requirements with a 15-second waiting time. Tolerances correspond to the German Calibration Ordinance as well as ISO and DIN. The scale features main-point ring graduation numbered from top to bottom for partial delivery and is fitted with a cotton-plug end. The blue print is fired into the glass for lasting durability and easy reading. Class AS pipettes bearing a batch number are accompanied by a batch certificate documenting the batch mean value, standard deviation and issue date; these certificates can also be retrieved online. The four-digit batch number encodes production year and batch.
