Description

Measuring spoon 1,0 ml, PS, blue is a disposable dosing spoon for exact measurement of small volumes of powders, granules and liquids. The distinctive blue colour does not occur naturally in foods, so lost fragments are quickly spotted during visual inspection and support HACCP, IFS and BRC foreign-body controls in food, feed and pharmaceutical production. Excess medium is levelled at the upper rim, the capacity is embossed on the handle, and the flat leading edge reaches container floors and corners for good residual emptying. A flat base allows the filled spoon to be set aside without spillage. Intended for single use, it also functions as a sample spoon and removes the need for cleaning that could cause cross-contamination. Cleanroom-manufactured (class 7) from blue polystyrene, individually packed and aligned with EU food-contact and FDA guidelines, these spoons from manufacturer Bürkle come in packs of 100 pieces for precise work in chemistry, pharma, cosmetics, feed and food & beverage.

Questions about Measuring spoons 1.0 ml, PS, blue

What is this article?

Measuring spoons 1.0 ml, PS, blue is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bürkle for laboratory use. It sits in Spatulas & spoons, inside Tools & accessories, in Labware.

A spatula or spoon transfers a powder without pouring the whole bottle. The blade width and the material, steel or plastic or nickel, decide whether the tool contaminates the sample it touches.

The small tools of the bench are what the hand actually holds: a spatula for a powder, forceps for an object that must stay clean, a brush for a narrow neck, a desiccator when a dried sample must not take up water again. None of these reads a measurement. They keep the measurement possible. The apparatus around them is listed under ISO laboratory apparatus.
