The stainless steel weighing pan measures 13 × 89 mm with a pan diameter of 89 mm and is intended for accurate mass determination without electronic display devices. Die-cast aluminium base and beam assembly, agate bearings, stainless steel knives and a stainless steel pan give the instrument a durable mechanical build. From manufacturer Ohaus, the three-point base support together with special tilt compensation in the bearings and beam construction makes leveling unnecessary.
