Description

Memosens CPL57E pH glass sensor Pure is a digital pH sensor engineered for pure-water applications across industrial sectors. With a glass shaft of 12 mm diameter and 120 mm length, gel reference electrolyte and a PTFE diaphragm, it delivers stable, high-accuracy pH readings up to pH 14. An integrated PT-1000 temperature sensor supports temperature-compensated measurement, while an additional salt reservoir promotes long-term stability in low-ionic media. Memosens 2.0 inductive coupling links the sensor to the Liquiline Mobile CML18 handheld meter without contact, remaining insensitive to moisture and corrosion. Measured values, calibration data and history are stored directly in the sensor, enabling automatic identification, condition readout and sensor verification for GLP-oriented workflows. Supplied pre-calibrated and ready for plug-and-play connection, the unit (Endress+Hauser) suits spot-check sampling as soon as it is attached to the matching mobile meter. Net weight is 0,04 kg; pack size is 1 piece with plug-in head connection and digital sensor signal.

Questions about Memosens CPL57E pH glass sensor Pure

What is this article?

Memosens CPL57E pH glass sensor Pure is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Endress+Hauser for laboratory use. It sits in pH electrodes & sensors, inside pH & electrochemistry, in Lab instruments.

A pH electrode is a glass membrane and a reference. It is a consumable: the glass ages, the junction clogs, and the reading drifts. A refillable electrode and a gel electrode differ in how they are maintained. The connector has to match the meter. The electrode, not the meter, is usually what is wrong.

A pH meter is a voltmeter on a glass electrode. The voltage tracks hydrogen-ion activity, and the electrode is converted to pH only after it is adjusted with buffers of known value. Conductivity measures how well a solution carries a current, which for dilute salts tracks concentration. Dissolved oxygen and titration are further electrodes on the same idea: a sensor, a standard, and a reading that is only as fresh as the calibration. Buffer values and chemical identity sit on PubChem. Accreditation of the calibration laboratory is the field of BELAC and EURAMET.
