Description
pH Meter NineFocus NF2000 Kit is a modular four-channel professional system for measuring pH and redox potential, conductivity, salinity, TDS, ion concentration and dissolved oxygen. It features a large detachable 7-inch colour touchscreen for intuitive operation and accepts both digital and analogue measuring modules—up to four modules can run in parallel with as many as four parameters per module. Digital DES and analogue sensors are supported, while built-in sensor diagnostics help extend sensor lifetime and improve measurement security. An environmentally conscious design separates the sensor from the reusable digital bridge. Communication interfaces include three USB-A ports, USB-C and LAN/Ethernet. Full-text guidance is available in 14 languages together with a help menu and the OneClick concept for single-keystroke workflows. SOP-based guides, method storage, GxP tools and intelligent sensor management complete the feature set. The kit from manufacturer Mettler-Toledo OnLine comprises the base unit with display, one measuring module, an InLab® Expert Pro-DES® sensor, electrode arm and initial-calibration standards, plus the Easy-Place™ electrode holder.

Questions about pH Meter NineFocus NF2000 Kit
What is this article?
pH Meter NineFocus NF2000 Kit is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Mettler-Toledo OnLine for laboratory use. It sits in pH meters, inside pH & electrochemistry, in Lab instruments.
A pH meter reads the electrode and displays pH, after calibration with at least two buffers. A meter that cannot be calibrated is a voltmeter. Resolution to 0.001 is not the same as accuracy. Portable and benchtop meters differ in the electrodes they accept and in the data they store.
A pH meter is a voltmeter on a glass electrode. The voltage tracks hydrogen-ion activity, and the electrode is converted to pH only after it is adjusted with buffers of known value. Conductivity measures how well a solution carries a current, which for dilute salts tracks concentration. Dissolved oxygen and titration are further electrodes on the same idea: a sensor, a standard, and a reading that is only as fresh as the calibration. Buffer values and chemical identity sit on PubChem. Accreditation of the calibration laboratory is the field of BELAC and EURAMET.
