Description

PH60Z-PW Smart pH meter set is a portable professional system for precise pH measurement in pure water, low-ionic-strength samples and at low temperatures. The kit combines the PH60-Z meter with the LabSen 805 ATC/pH electrode, delivering laboratory-grade results with automatic 1- to 3-point calibration, automatic temperature compensation (0–50 °C) and Heads-Up function. Measurement range is –2,00 to 16,00 pH at ±0,01 pH accuracy (±1 digit); ORP covers ±1000 mV and temperature 0–50 °C. The IP67-rated housing is waterproof, dust-proof and buoyant. Bluetooth connectivity to the ZenTest Mobile App enables cloud data management with time stamps, geo-location, notes and photos, while the meter remains fully usable without a smartphone. Supplied complete with ready-to-use calibration solutions (pH 4,00 / 7,00 / 10,01), storage solution, CalBox, batteries and carrying case from manufacturer APERA Instruments. The LabSen 805 electrode features an olive membrane, triple ceramic junction, long-life gel KCl reference and lead-free glass body (range 1–11 pH, 0–80 °C).

Questions about PH60-Z Smart Pocket pH Tester (powered by ZenTest Mobile App)

What is this article?

PH60-Z Smart Pocket pH Tester (powered by ZenTest Mobile App) is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes APERA Instruments for laboratory use. It sits in pH meters, inside pH & electrochemistry, in Lab instruments.

A pH meter reads the electrode and displays pH, after calibration with at least two buffers. A meter that cannot be calibrated is a voltmeter. Resolution to 0.001 is not the same as accuracy. Portable and benchtop meters differ in the electrodes they accept and in the data they store.

A pH meter is a voltmeter on a glass electrode. The voltage tracks hydrogen-ion activity, and the electrode is converted to pH only after it is adjusted with buffers of known value. Conductivity measures how well a solution carries a current, which for dilute salts tracks concentration. Dissolved oxygen and titration are further electrodes on the same idea: a sensor, a standard, and a reading that is only as fresh as the calibration. Buffer values and chemical identity sit on PubChem. Accreditation of the calibration laboratory is the field of BELAC and EURAMET.
