PH8500-PW is a portable pH meter for determining pH, ORP (electrode available separately) and temperature, developed specifically for fast, straightforward and precise measurement of solutions with low ionic concentration such as pure, distilled or deionised water. The included LabSen® 803 pH/temperature electrode features a unique L-type glass membrane and a movable sleeve that allows adjustment of the electrolyte infiltration rate, together with an integrated temperature sensor for automatic temperature compensation (ATC). Protected by a silicone sleeve and rated IP57 for water and dust resistance, the instrument from manufacturer APERA Instruments is well suited to field use even in harsh environments. An extendable stand supports comfortable indoor operation. The large backlit LCD simultaneously displays the measured value and temperature plus calibration information. Fast 1- to 3-point automatic calibration, self-diagnosis, GLP data management with storage for up to 500 data groups, and USB connectivity for data readout or real-time logging are provided. Technical ranges: pH −2,00 to 16,00 (resolution 0,1/0,01; accuracy ±0,01 pH ±1 digit), mV ±2000, temperature 0 to 100 °C. Powered by 3× AA batteries or USB (DC 5 V).
