PharmaDispo LaboPlast is a disposable multi-target powder sampler in polystyrene (PS) with a 0,1 ml chamber volume for controlled sampling of powdered materials in quality control. A single stroke collects three separate target-point samples in three independent chambers, enabling layer- or zone-resolved assessment of material composition; the portions can also be united into one representative composite sample. Units are assembled fully automatically under ISO class 7 cleanroom conditions and packed individually so each sampler stays contamination-free until use. Disposable single-use design eliminates cross-contamination between successive samples or products and supports process integrity after disposal. The ergonomic slide with end stop allows convenient one-handed opening and closing when working at open sacks, drums or similar vessels.
