PharmaDispo SteriPlast is a sterile disposable multi-target powder sampler in polystyrene (PS) with 1,0 ml chamber capacity for contamination-free powder sampling under demanding purity requirements. Samplers are manufactured and assembled under ISO class 7 cleanroom conditions, individually packaged and subsequently gamma-sterilised so each unit remains sterile and contamination-free until use. Single-use disposal after sampling eliminates cross-contamination risk between samples or products and supports process integrity. From manufacturer Bürkle, PharmaDispo is a multi-target-point disposable sampler that takes three separate target-point samples in a single operation. Three distinct chambers allow simultaneous collection from different layers or zones, enabling differentiated evaluation of material composition across layers when one bulk sample would not sufficiently characterise the material. Collected aliquots may be analysed separately or pooled into a representative composite. Ergonomic handling with a sliding mechanism and end stop permits one-handed opening and closing. Designed for small, precise powder samples from open containers such as sacks or drums, it suits pharmaceutical quality control of raw materials, active substances or intermediates whenever sterility, particle-conscious handling and representative multi-layer sampling are essential.
