Portable precision balance Series HCB, 3000 g is a compact laboratory instrument for routine precision weighing in research, teaching and quality-control settings. Core applications cover standard weighing, percentage calculation, piece counting, underfloor weighing and weight totaling. USB and RS-232 interfaces support direct data transfer to laboratory computers and printers. The stackable housing design allows several units to be stored efficiently, while ShockProtect™ overload protection withstands loads up to 200 kg without damaging the weighing mechanism. Automatic internal calibration maintains consistent performance between sessions. An internal rechargeable battery with automatic shut-off enables portable, energy-efficient operation, and the balance can be secured with a chain and Kensington™ lock. A removable draft shield is included. External dimensions are 170 x 245 x 80 mm and net weight is 2,000 kg.
