Precision balance FZ-500i is a fine-resolution laboratory balance with a maximum capacity of 0,52 kg and a readability of 0,001 g across a single full-resolution range. Its durable all-metal housing incorporates robust overload protection and a shock-absorber function for long service life under daily laboratory use. Compressor-controlled internal calibration can be started at the touch of a button, and the compact SHS sensor reaches stability in about one second. A brilliant VFD display ensures clear readout, while built-in applications cover percent weighing, counting, animal weighing, underfloor weighing, density determination and SCF statistical evaluation of weighing results. Auto Power ON/OFF, date and time, and a space-saving B5 footprint support efficient bench work. The balance includes a draft shield with manual opening and a 130 mm weighing pan. Standard RS-232C is provided; optional accessories include USB (no driver installation), LAN/Ethernet with WinCT-Plus software, rechargeable NiMH battery, transport case, carat pan, animal container and a tall draft shield.
