Research® plus fixed-volume pipette 200 µL yellow is a single-channel mechanical air-cushion pipette designed for accurate, simple and ergonomic manual pipetting of aqueous solutions. Colour-coded yellow for clear identification, this fixed 200 µL model replaces order number 3121000082 and belongs to the Research® plus series. Three-button operation provides dedicated controls for volume setting, pipetting and tip ejection as standard. Built according to the Eppendorf PhysioCare Concept®, the pipette from manufacturer Eppendorf offers some of the lowest operating and tip-ejection forces available, helping to reduce strain on hand and arm. A spring-loaded tip cone keeps tip attachment forces low on all models up to 1 mL. Temporary adjustment can be made within seconds to improve accuracy when handling difficult liquids such as ethanol or when pipetting at high altitude, after which factory calibration is restored without recalibration. Depending on the application, the complete pipette or only the lower part may be autoclaved for reliable decontamination.
