ROTAVISC me-vi HELI Complete is a rotational viscometer package for rapid, precise viscosity determination of medium-viscosity liquids across laboratory and quality-control applications. The measuring range covers 100 to 40.000.000 mPas. Accuracy is ±1 % of the measuring range for both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids, with reproducibility of ±0,2 %. Speed is continuously adjustable. The package includes the standard spindle set (SP 7–SP 12), guard, temperature sensor and the motorised HELISTAND stand with T-SP set. HELISTAND slowly and evenly moves the mounted viscometer and its rotating body up and down through the sample, enabling viscosity measurement in motion. Operation is straightforward via the generous 4,3″ TFT display with intuitive menu navigation; a digital spirit level supports correct start conditions, and a simple ramp function simplifies recurring tasks. This complete package from manufacturer IKA is supplied as one set and is suited to routine as well as demanding viscosity work from R&D through to QC.
