RV 10 auto pro V-C S003 is a fully redesigned rotary evaporator fitted with a Swiss plug and positioned as the flagship of its product family. It combines a brilliant TFT colour graphic display, integrated vacuum controller, cooling-water monitoring and comprehensive safety standards to ensure efficient, safe and economical distillation. Automatic vacuum and cooling-water management plus intuitive menu guidance bring the user quickly to the desired outcome. Specially developed glass guides allow the transparent-coated vertical condenser to make highly efficient use of its 1500 cm² cooling surface while occupying minimal bench space. Extended ramp programming supports up to ten custom procedures; soft start, interval right-left rotation and a timer simplify everyday laboratory workflows. A motorised lift with safety-stop function automatically raises the evaporating flask from the heating bath in the event of power loss. Adjustable safety temperature circuits, dry-run protection, end-position detection against glass breakage and a lock function provide additional user safety. Supplied with vacuum hoses, water connections and the IKA Vacstar digital pump controlled directly from the drive unit by data cable, the system from manufacturer IKA also features USB and RS-232 interfaces for labworldsoft remote operation and firmware updates. The 4-litre universal safety heating bath covers RT to 180 °C with optimised volume for rapid heating and ergonomic handles; automatic boiling-point detection and an expandable library of 40 solvents complete the package.
