S 25 EC-C-25 F is a dispersing tool with 25 mm stator diameter for the T 25 easy clean digital and control dispersers, developed especially for dispersing work in the cosmetics field. The easy-clean construction lets the user turn and lower the clamp so that the shaft and rotor drop until the entire rotor leaves the stator; the shaft tube can then be flushed completely from the inside. Product-contact materials are AISI 316L and ceramic, with a ceramic sliding bearing. The tool is solvent-compatible and sterilizable by all methods. Maximum working temperature is 180 °C, immersion length 191 mm, stator/rotor diameters 25/18 mm and gap width 0,5 mm. Recommended immersion depth is 35–150 mm and recommended working range 100–2000 ml. Supplied as a single piece from manufacturer IKA, S 25 EC-C-25 F is compatible exclusively with the T 25 easy clean digital and control dispersers.
