The distinctive geometry of the drill tip cuts effectively and rapidly into different stalky materials, allowing fast, clean and simple sample collection from a silo or bale. Machine-assisted sampling with a drill or powerful cordless screwdriver enables effortless extraction with low manual force. The robust, durable tube borer can be used flexibly both vertically (sampling from above) and horizontally (side sampling) and is manufactured entirely from stainless steel 1.4404/1.4034 or aluminium/stainless steel 1.4034. A practical ejector helps empty the sample from the borer. In agriculture, for feed quality monitoring, field-crop storage and quality control of stalk material as fuel, regular sampling is essential.
