Description
SteriPlast sample scoop, polystyrene (PS), sterile, 25 ml is a disposable sampling shovel for powders, granules and pastes where contamination control is critical. Made from high-quality white polystyrene, each scoop is manufactured, assembled and individually packed under ISO cleanroom class 7 conditions, then gamma-sterilised to meet demanding purity requirements. Nominal volume is 0,025 l with an overall length of 141 mm. An ergonomic form and slightly rising front edge support easy set-down without sample loss. Single-use design removes cleaning and re-sterilisation steps, saving time and reducing personnel exposure to residues from reusable tools. Individually packed units remain sterile until opened, helping exclude cross-contamination between samples or products. From manufacturer Bürkle, these sterile scoops suit pharmaceutical, food-technology, biotechnology and other scientific laboratories for sampling raw materials or transferring substances into sterile containers while maintaining process integrity and hygiene standards in clean working environments.

Questions about Sampling scoop SteriPlast, PS, sterile, 25 ml
What is this article?
Sampling scoop SteriPlast, PS, sterile, 25 ml is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bürkle for laboratory use. It sits in Spatulas & spoons, inside Tools & accessories, in Labware.
A spatula or spoon transfers a powder without pouring the whole bottle. The blade width and the material, steel or plastic or nickel, decide whether the tool contaminates the sample it touches.
The small tools of the bench are what the hand actually holds: a spatula for a powder, forceps for an object that must stay clean, a brush for a narrow neck, a desiccator when a dried sample must not take up water again. None of these reads a measurement. They keep the measurement possible. The apparatus around them is listed under ISO laboratory apparatus.
