Screening System Package (6 cells) S003 is a multi-batch electrosynthesis platform tailored for constant-current electrochemical work. The package includes six divided pot cells with Swiss plug and supports simultaneous research on several samples while remaining compatible with other laboratory instruments. Each divided electrolysis cell comprises a reaction block with two separate electrode half-compartments linked by a glass frit. An electrochemical reaction can therefore proceed while the liquids stay essentially separated, preventing mixing of anolyte and catholyte—particularly useful when the product is unstable at the counter electrode. Up to six divided cells run simultaneously and independently, generating quantities sufficient for GC, LC or NMR analysis. Separate control of every cell simplifies testing of identical or different electrolysis setups and speeds identification of ideal process parameters. Experimental data are recorded digitally. Simultaneous mixing and heating together with full temperature control via PT 1000 sensor and heating block ensure reproducible conditions. Automation is supported by Labworldsoft 6.0.
