SONOPULS HD 4050 ultrasonic homogeniser is intended for laboratory volumes from 0,5 ml to 100 ml. Ready-to-use basic equipment for 0,5 ml to 20 ml includes ultrasonic generator GM 4200, ultrasonic transducer UW 50 and titanium sonotrode TS 102 (diameter 2 mm), plus a mounting tool for the sonotrodes. The homogeniser provides amplitude regulation from 10 to 100 % with actual-value display, pulsing, an integrated timer and remote operability. AMPLICHRON® circuitry keeps amplitude constant regardless of changing process conditions. Nominal power is 50 W, and all units are CE marked. Application areas cover cell, bacteria, virus and tissue disruption, production of finest emulsions, homogenising of substances, degassing of liquids, sample preparation for particle-size analysis and acceleration of chemical reactions. Supplied as a complete Bandelin starter set, it supports reproducible ultrasonic sample preparation in research and analytical laboratories. Packaged net weight is 4,89 kg and gross weight 6,095 kg.
