The welded oscillating tank is made from 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404, ensuring high durability even under intensive use. Bath volume is 20,0 l with internal dimensions L × W × D of 325 × 275 × 200/210 mm. Ultrasonic peak power is 1200 W, nominal power 300 W and heating power 800 W. The integrated overflow pocket enables connection of an oil separator to separate cleaned oil films from the cleaning solution. A modular design allows configurations from a single cleaning tank through to a complete cleaning line. Drainage is handled by a three-way ball valve G ½ including hose and hose nozzles in galvanically coated brass, mounted on the left side. Suitable baskets, lids and cleaning and disinfection concentrates are available as accessories for optimally matched ultrasonic cleaning from manufacturer Bandelin.
