SONOREX TECHNIK RM 210 U is an unheated ultrasonic bath for industry, service and maintenance work, operating at 40 kHz with a tank capacity of 270,0 l. The welded oscillating tank is made from 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404 for high durability under intensive use. A modular design supports configurations from a single cleaning tank through to a complete cleaning line. An integrated overflow pocket allows connection of an oil separator to remove cleaned oil films from the bath liquid, aided by a spray pipe that directs floating oils from the liquid surface into the overflow pocket. A level switch provides dry-run protection for the ultrasonic transducers, and height-adjustable feet simplify installation. Internal dimensions are 750 × 650 × 500 mm. Drainage is via a three-way ball valve G 1 with hose and hose nozzles in galvanically coated brass on the left side. Peak ultrasonic power is 8000 W with a nominal power of 2000 W.
