Its welded oscillating tank is fabricated from 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404 for long service life under demanding use. The bath offers a tank volume of 46,0 l and internal dimensions of 475 × 300 × 300/315 mm (L × W × D). Ultrasonic peak power reaches 2000 W with a rated power of 500 W. The overflow pocket is intended for connection of an oil separator, allowing cleaned oil films to be removed from the process solution. Modular design from manufacturer Bandelin supports flexible layouts, from a stand-alone cleaning tank to a full multi-stage cleaning line. A 3-way ball valve G ½ with hose and hose nozzles in galvanically coated brass provides drainage on the left side. Suitable baskets, lids and cleaning or disinfection concentrates are offered as accessories for optimised ultrasonic cleaning. Net weight is 26 kg; pack unit is one package.
