Description

SONOREX TECHNIK SONOBLOC SB 81-1002.01 is a tubular sonoreactor for continuous-flow ultrasonic processing of high volume streams in process engineering and wire cleaning. It works at 25 kHz with a nominal power of 1000 W and an ultrasonic peak power of 4000 W. Because the oscillating systems are mounted on the outside of the reactor tube, no internal fittings are required and the unit stays particularly resistant to clogging when solid-containing media are sonicated.

This article is part of Ultrasonic baths & cleaners, in Ultrasonic baths & lab washers.

This Bandelin reactor enables intensive ultrasonic treatment of thread- and strip-form products and supports industrial and biotechnological steps including cleaning, disintegration, degassing and deagglomeration. Additional fields of use comprise efficient removal of greases, oils, emulsions and crack residues in single- and multi-wire cleaning, CO2 degassing from aqueous reactants, support of disinfection in water and wastewater treatment, accelerated disintegration or degradation of organic pollutant material during sewage sludge processing, disintegration of biogas substrate, disinfection assistance in germ- and parasite-loaded fish-farm recirculation waters, and dispersion of solids in liquids for pharmaceutical production. Supplied as one package; net weight 123 kg, gross weight 135 kg.

Questions about SONOREX TECHNIK TQ 40476R

What is this article?

SONOREX TECHNIK TQ 40476R is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bandelin for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrasonic baths & cleaners, inside Ultrasonic baths & lab washers, in Lab instruments.

An ultrasonic cleaner drops parts into a bath where collapsing bubbles scrub joints and bores. Tank volume and ultrasonic power are the ratings. A basket keeps items off the tank floor, where the transducers are. The liquid is usually water plus a cleaning concentrate, not a strong solvent, unless the tank is rated for it.

An ultrasonic bath cleans by cavitation: the sound collapses tiny bubbles against the surface and lifts soil out of joints a brush cannot reach. The chemistry of the bath liquid still matters. A laboratory glassware washer is the machine that replaces hand washing when the load is large or the result has to be repeatable. Rinse water quality decides whether the glass comes out spotted. The ware being washed is listed under ISO laboratory glassware.
