Description

SONOREX TECHNIK SONOBLOC SB 8-1004.01 is a sonoreactor for continuous-flow ultrasonic treatment of high volume streams in process engineering and wire cleaning. Rated at 1000 W nominal power and 40 kHz, it provides an ultrasonic peak power of 4000 W. Oscillating systems mount externally on the reactor tube, so internal fittings are unnecessary and the design remains highly resistant to clogging with solid-laden substrates. This tube reactor from manufacturer Bandelin enables intensive ultrasonic treatment of thread- and strip-shaped products and supports industrial and biotechnological cleaning, disintegration, degassing and deagglomeration. Typical duties include removal of fats, oils, emulsions and cracking residues in single- and multi-wire cleaning, CO2 degassing of aqueous reactants, disinfection support in water and wastewater treatment, accelerated breakdown of organic pollutants in sewage sludge, biogas substrate disintegration, pathogen control in aquaculture recirculation water, and dispersion of solids in liquids for pharmaceutical production. The unit is supplied as 1 pkg with a net weight of 36 kg and gross weight of 58 kg.

This article is part of Ultrasonic baths & cleaners, in Ultrasonic baths & lab washers.

Questions about SONOREX TECHNIK VORTEX WR 4-1503.01 Vortexreactor, 1500 W, 25/40 kHz

What is this article?

SONOREX TECHNIK VORTEX WR 4-1503.01 Vortexreactor, 1500 W, 25/40 kHz is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bandelin for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrasonic baths & cleaners, inside Ultrasonic baths & lab washers, in Lab instruments.

An ultrasonic cleaner drops parts into a bath where collapsing bubbles scrub joints and bores. Tank volume and ultrasonic power are the ratings. A basket keeps items off the tank floor, where the transducers are. The liquid is usually water plus a cleaning concentrate, not a strong solvent, unless the tank is rated for it.

An ultrasonic bath cleans by cavitation: the sound collapses tiny bubbles against the surface and lifts soil out of joints a brush cannot reach. The chemistry of the bath liquid still matters. A laboratory glassware washer is the machine that replaces hand washing when the load is large or the result has to be repeatable. Rinse water quality decides whether the glass comes out spotted. The ware being washed is listed under ISO laboratory glassware.
