SONOREX TECHNIK RM 182 UH is a high-performance ultrasonic cleaning bath with overflow pocket and heating, operating at 40 kHz for industry, service and maintenance. The welded oscillating tank is made of stainless steel V4A (1.4404), 2 mm thick, for high durability under intensive use. A modular layout allows configurations from a single cleaning tank through to a complete cleaning line. The integrated overflow pocket is intended for connection of an oil separator to remove cleaned oil films from the bath solution. Internal dimensions are 1000 × 500 × 400/420 mm (L × W × D), with a bath volume of 226,0 l. Nominal power is 2 × 1000 W, ultrasonic peak power 2 × 4000 W and heating power 7200 W. Drainage uses a three-way ball valve G 1 with hose and hose nozzles in galvanically coated brass on the left side. Matching baskets, lids and cleaning concentrates are available as accessories.
