SONOREX TECHNIK RM 212 UH is a high-performance ultrasonic cleaning bath with integrated heating and overflow pocket, operating at 40 kHz for industrial, service and maintenance applications. The welded oscillating tank is fabricated from 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404 to withstand intensive use, while a modular design supports configurations from a single cleaning tank through to complete cleaning lines. An integrated overflow pocket allows connection of an oil separator to remove cleaned oil films from the bath liquid; a spray pipe directs floating oils into the overflow pocket. A level switch provides dry-run protection for the heater and ultrasonic transducers. Height-adjustable feet, rounded tank corners and a sloping tank floor aid cleaning, sound distribution and emptying. Controls for ultrasound and heating are mounted in the upper tank area for convenient operation. Internal dimensions are 750 × 650 × 500/520 mm with a bath volume of 285,0 l. Nominal power is 2 × 1000 W, ultrasonic peak power 2 × 4000 W and heating power 7200 W. A three-way ball valve G 1 with hose and hose nozzles (brass, electroplated) is fitted on the left side for draining. Matching baskets, lids and cleaning concentrates are available as accessories from manufacturer Bandelin.
