Fabricated from material 1.4404 as a single piece without edges, grooves or undercuts, it supports thorough, simple cleaning. The particularly slender tip penetrates easily and deeply to collect a spot sample; the conical tip inlet allows both very small and larger quantities to be drawn. Variable sample volume reaches approximately 50 ml. The collected powder can be discharged directly at the outlet end into a sample bag secured with a sturdy holding clamp. The surface is electropolished for a smooth finish suited to controlled environments.
