SY 150.1 reactor lid DN 150 is a precision reactor cover engineered for the EasySyn laboratory reactor system. With a DN 150 flange, it fits EasySyn reactor vessels of 2000 ml (SY 2000 and SY 2000 D) and 5000 ml (SY 5000 and SY 5000 D). The lid is fitted with three NS 29/32 ground joints and one NS 14/23 ground joint, giving flexible ports for stirrers, probes, condensers, addition funnels and other accessories used in synthetic and process chemistry. Supplied as a single piece with a net weight of 1,940 kg, the component provides a secure, modular closure for larger EasySyn glass reactors. Its standardised joint arrangement supports multi-neck setups required for organic synthesis, reaction optimisation and laboratory scale-up work. Manufactured by IKA, the SY 150.1 integrates directly into the EasySyn platform and delivers consistent sealing and mounting performance for research and development laboratories working with 2 l and 5 l reactor vessels.
