Description

PILZ® laboratory bench temperature controller WRT560 is a digital controller with multipole plug system for simple integration into the supply lead of PILZ® laboratory heating mantles. Precise electronic temperature control with suitable sensors supports more accurate laboratory results; the unit can also replace power controllers. Mains supply is 90…260 VAC, 50/60 Hz, with a rated current of 10 A on resistive load. Protection rating is IP40 and protection class I. A durable hybrid relay offers more than 2,5 million switching cycles. Housing dimensions are 158 × 100 × 199 mm (W × H × D). Features include Fast Adaptive Tuning (FAT) for automatic adaptation to the control loop, simultaneous actual- and setpoint display, and an additional shutdown relay for increased operating safety. The LCD menu is available in DE, EN, FR, ES and JP. Sensor inputs cover thermocouples K, J, N and E plus resistance sensors Pt100, Pt1000, Nickel 120, NTC10k and NTC100k via one Lemo size-1 socket and one miniature connector. From manufacturer Winkler, equipment includes main switch, Amphenol ecomate C016 3+PE heater socket, 1,5 m Schuko mains cable, earthing socket and multicolour signal LED; combinable with IR control unit WRZF310N up to 7 m.

Questions about Temperature Controller PILZ® WRT560SW, 90-260 V, 10 A, multi-pole plu

What is this article?

Temperature Controller PILZ® WRT560SW, 90-260 V, 10 A, multi-pole plu is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Winkler for laboratory use. It sits in Heating mantles, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.

A heating mantle cups a round-bottom flask so the heat meets the glass without a bare flame. The flask volume the mantle was knitted for is the specification. A 1 L mantle under a 250 mL flask heats the air, not the liquid.

Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
