TICKOPUR R 36 surfactant-free universal cleaner for ultrasonic cleaning is a liquid concentrate for tenside-free cleaning of assembled and disassembled machines, tools, instruments and parts in industry, trade and laboratories. It is intended where surfactants would interfere, including analytical tasks, and is formulated for use in SONOREX ultrasonic units as well as for immersion, wipe and high-pressure cleaning. When applied correctly it supports rapid, material-compatible removal of distillation residues, organic and inorganic deposits, and oil- or grease-like soiling from cuvettes, components and equipment made of metal including light metal, glass, ceramics, plastics and rubber. From manufacturer Bandelin, the concentrate is highly concentrated with ultrasonic dosing from 0,25 %, demulsifying and biodegradable, with pH 9,9 at 1 %. Recommended ultrasonic use is 0,25–5 % dosage, 1–10 minutes sonication time and 20–80 °C. Preliminary compatibility checks are advised for sensitive materials. Hazard statements include skin irritation and serious eye damage; appropriate protective equipment is required.
