Description
TICKOPUR R 60 is a phosphate-free intensive cleaner concentrate for cleaning and degreasing assembled or disassembled machines, tools, instruments and parts in industrial and craft settings. The liquid concentrate is formulated especially for use in SONOREX ultrasonic baths and is also suitable for immersion, wipe and high-pressure cleaning. When applied correctly it delivers rapid yet material-compatible cleaning. TICKOPUR R 60 removes carbonised residues, resinification, soot, greases, oils, waxes, pigments, paint haze and drilling, grinding, polishing and lapping residues from metal (not light metal, tin or zinc), glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber and similar materials. From manufacturer Bandelin, the product is free from organic solvents, phosphates and silicates, saponifying in action, biodegradable, and provides temporary corrosion protection for ferrous metals. At 1 % dilution the pH is 12,3. With ultrasound, typical dosing is 2–20 %, sonication 1–10 minutes at 20–80 °C; without ultrasound, 10–30 % with contact times up to 12 hours at 20–80 °C. Rinse thoroughly with water, preferably demineralised water, after cleaning. Alkali-sensitive materials may be attacked; preliminary compatibility tests are recommended. Supplied as a 5,0 litre pack for professional users.

Questions about TICKOPUR R 36 surfactant-free special cleaner – concentrate, Capacity/Volume: 2,
What is this article?
TICKOPUR R 36 surfactant-free special cleaner – concentrate, Capacity/Volume: 2, is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bandelin for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrasonic cleaning concentrates, inside Ultrasonic baths & lab washers, in Lab instruments.
An ultrasonic concentrate is the chemistry added to the bath. Cavitation lifts soil. The concentrate holds it so it does not resettle. The dilution and the metals it may touch are the specification. A concentrate is not itself a disinfectant unless it says so.
An ultrasonic bath cleans by cavitation: the sound collapses tiny bubbles against the surface and lifts soil out of joints a brush cannot reach. The chemistry of the bath liquid still matters. A laboratory glassware washer is the machine that replaces hand washing when the load is large or the result has to be repeatable. Rinse water quality decides whether the glass comes out spotted. The ware being washed is listed under ISO laboratory glassware.
