Description

TICKOPUR TR 14 is a liquid flux-remover concentrate for ultrasonic cleaning of populated and unpopulated printed circuit boards, hybrids, soldering frames, electronic components and assemblies. It removes resin fluxes, unsoldered solder pastes, ionic and non-ionic residues, drilling and grinding residues, fingerprints, greases and oils from metal, glass, ceramic, plastic and rubber parts as well as from PCBs and related hardware. Resin fluxes are preferentially eliminated by saponification to water-soluble resin soaps, a process strongly assisted by ultrasound. The concentrate from manufacturer Bandelin is free from organic solvents and surfactants, non-foaming and biodegradable, with a pH of 11,7 at 1 %. For ultrasonic use the recommended dosage is 10 %, with sonication times of 30–180 seconds at 60–70 °C. Correct application supports fast, material-compatible cleaning; alkali- or water-sensitive parts should be checked in preliminary tests. For PCB cleaning in the service area, TICKOPUR RW 77 is indicated instead. The product carries GHS05 labelling with hazard statements for severe eye damage and skin irritation, so suitable protective equipment is required during handling.

Questions about TICKOPUR R 30 Neutral cleaner – concentrate, Capacity/Volume: 1,0 liters

What is this article?

TICKOPUR R 30 Neutral cleaner – concentrate, Capacity/Volume: 1,0 liters is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bandelin for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrasonic cleaning concentrates, inside Ultrasonic baths & lab washers, in Lab instruments.

An ultrasonic concentrate is the chemistry added to the bath. Cavitation lifts soil. The concentrate holds it so it does not resettle. The dilution and the metals it may touch are the specification. A concentrate is not itself a disinfectant unless it says so.

An ultrasonic bath cleans by cavitation: the sound collapses tiny bubbles against the surface and lifts soil out of joints a brush cannot reach. The chemistry of the bath liquid still matters. A laboratory glassware washer is the machine that replaces hand washing when the load is large or the result has to be repeatable. Rinse water quality decides whether the glass comes out spotted. The ware being washed is listed under ISO laboratory glassware.
