Description
Ultracur3D® ST 45 M, Transparent
Tough Multi-Purpose Resins
Forward AM’s Ultracur3D® ST range of reactive urethane photopolymers are the first choice for difficult resin applications where limited levels of impact adsorption and compression, low bending stress and elasticity are required to prevent brittle fracture. They have been specially developed for printing highly detailed products and offer long-term UV stability.
Multi-purpose resin targeting the lowest cost per part Ultracur3D® ST (High impact product line) is a medium viscosity, highly reactive photopolymer for stereolithography applications resulting in tough multi-purpose parts. It can be used to produce high performance functional parts using stereolithography (SLA), digital light processing (DLP) or liquid crystal displays (LCD, or MSLA). Ultracur3D® ST can fulfil the requirements of functional applications for high accuracy and mechanical strength, where existing 3D printing materials often have limitations.
ST 45 synthetic resin is available in three different variations. As standard, the material comes in a transparent version without colour pigments. ST 45 B offers a black look, ST 45 M has been specially modified to be compatible with a wide range of 3D printers. For example, ST 45 M can also be used on devices that do not offer open parameters for printing.
