Description
Whirl-Pak® plastic bags with write-on strip, 30 x 19 cm (L x W), are sterile sample collection bags made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE). With a height of 300 mm and a width of 190 mm, they offer ample capacity for liquid samples used in food, water and wastewater testing as well as biological or chemical analyses. A write-on strip allows clear sample identification directly on the bag. The filling opening is backed on both sides by a metal wire tab that holds the mouth open and taut for convenient filling. To achieve a hermetic seal, the bag is grasped at the metal tabs and whirled several times around its own axis; the tab ends are then folded over and pressed firmly. The Whirl-Pak® design permits repeated opening and closing without loss of integrity. Strong perimeter weld seams add further leak protection. Available from manufacturer neolab - Labor in packs of 100 pieces, these bags support routine sampling workflows in laboratories and field settings where secure, sterile containment is essential.
