ZoneDispo SteriPlast is a disposable all-layer sampler in HDPE designed to collect a representative all-layer sample from three different layers in a single sampling operation. With a length of 1000 mm and a nominal volume of 0,2 l, it is intended for free-flowing powders and small-grain granules. The shaft diameter is 25 mm and the tip diameter is 30 mm. Cleanroom manufactured and individually packaged, each unit is gamma-ray sterilized for controlled sampling workflows. After the pull, the collected material can be secured and transported inside the closed sampler, helping preserve sample integrity from the bulk container to the laboratory. This single-use concept avoids cleaning validation between points and reduces cross-contamination risk when multiple zones of a powder or granule bed must be represented together.
