Standard-profile wells provide 96 round-bottom positions with a well depth of 20,58 mm, suitable for common thermal-cycling protocols. An A12 notch aids correct plate orientation on instruments and automation decks. Alphanumeric coding on myPlate® plates allows straightforward identification of well locations for convenient sample tracking during experiments. The elevated well rim supports secure film sealing, helps reduce evaporation and contributes to maintaining sample integrity through temperature cycles. Frosted plate surfaces improve the signal-to-noise ratio in qPCR and support more accurate, reliable fluorescence readouts. Plates can be closed with disposable adhesive seals when a firm closure is needed. A compatibility table is available on request.
