Description
BOLA bottle top distributor with stopcocks is a GL 45 bottle-cap manifold built around a black PPS screw cap and a PTFE distributor body. This version provides three intermediate shut-off stopcocks in FEP and three UNF 1/4'' 28G internal-thread connections for tubing of 0,8 × 1,6 mm inner × outer diameter. An elastic sealing lip and rear O-ring level out irregularities at the bottle neck for a reliable seal. The medium contacts only the PTFE body by design. The distributor body turns freely relative to the screw cap, allowing the fully tubed assembly to be moved to another vessel without twisting connected lines. PTFE construction with FEP stopcocks delivers very good chemical resistance for working temperatures up to +200 °C. Offered as a single piece from manufacturer Bohlender (net weight 0,12 kg), the unit suits controlled multi-line take-off from GL 45 bottles where individual lines can be opened or closed at the manifold.

Questions about BOLA Distributors for Bottles, GL 45, UNF1/4'' 28G, Ø 0,8x1,6mm PTFE/PPS, with 3
What is this article?
BOLA Distributors for Bottles, GL 45, UNF1/4'' 28G, Ø 0,8x1,6mm PTFE/PPS, with 3 is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bohlender for laboratory use. It sits in Bottle accessories (pouring rings, dispensers, caps), inside Bottles & containers, in Labware.
Bottle accessories are the pieces on the neck: a pouring ring, a dispenser seat, a cap liner, a tamper ring. They decide how the bottle delivers and whether the closure still matches after the original cap is gone.
A laboratory bottle is a closed container with a stated volume and a neck that takes a cap, a stopper or a dispenser. Borosilicate glass is the choice when the liquid is a solvent, or when the bottle will be heated or autoclaved. Polyethylene and polypropylene are the choice when the bottle must not shatter, or when hydrofluoric acid would attack glass. A narrow mouth pours. A wide mouth is for powders and for reaching the bottom. Laboratory ware of this kind is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware. Traceable volume sits with the BIPM and NIST Physical Measurement.
