b.safe Funnel 180 with Mauser 2" thread is a laboratory disposal funnel of Ø 180 mm made from conductive PE-EX for controlled collection of liquid waste in laboratory environments. The freely rotatable cap is fixed to the filling neck, allowing the funnel to be mounted securely on a compatible collection container. A removable sieve retains magnetic stir bars and other solids and can be taken out for cleaning, while splash protection helps limit overflow and splashing during filling. This PE-EX version includes one grounding cable of 1,5 m length so that qualified personnel can earth the funnel and reduce electrostatic hazards during solvent or waste transfer. Filling-tube segments are not included in this configuration; the unit is specified with sieve and lid according to the product table. Suitable for routine liquid-waste stations, the funnel is supplied as a single piece from manufacturer Bohlender. Conductive PE-EX construction supports safer disposal workflows wherever static charge management is required alongside solid retention and splash control.
