b.safe Funnel 130 is a 130 mm laboratory funnel for the disposal of liquid waste into collection containers. Constructed from conductive PE-EX, it supports safer handling where static discharge must be limited. The freely rotatable cap is permanently joined to the inlet neck so the funnel can be mounted securely on vessels with an S 65 thread. A removable sieve retains magnetic stirring bars and other solids and can be taken out for cleaning, while the hinged lid reliably holds back vapours from the container. In the conductive PE-EX version from manufacturer Bohlender, two attachable fill-pipe segments (Ø 28 mm, useful length 97 mm each) and one 1,5 m grounding cable are included. Qualified personnel can earth the funnel via the cable, and the mounted fill pipe enables subsurface filling to help suppress static charging during transfer.
