b.safe System Cap GL45 with seven UNF 1/4'' ports is a GL45 screw cap built from yellow polypropylene with a freely rotatable PTFE insert for multi-capillary laboratory connections. Integrated PFA fittings cover capillary outer diameters of 1,6 mm, 2,2 mm and 3,2 mm, supporting dense solvent or mobile-phase distribution without hose kinking. The cap is adapted for installation on b.safe bench feed-throughs GL45 or b.safe Multiport GL45 units. Capillaries enter from the top so all supply lines remain aligned and back-pressure is avoided. This version offers seven capillary connections and includes seven green fittings for Ø 1,6 mm, seven violet fittings for Ø 2,2 mm and seven yellow fittings for Ø 3,2 mm; stepped hose olives are not part of the delivery. Net weight is 0,092 kg. Supplied as one piece (Bohlender), it suits GL45 bottle and multiport setups that need a higher number of simultaneous capillary inlets in analytical fluid handling.
