Description
ClassicLine body emergency shower with eye shower and stainless steel collecting basin is a surface-mounted wall unit designed for laboratory safety installations. Upper and lower 3/4-inch female water connections with stainless-steel plugs support circulation-line integration. A chemically resistant green powder-coated wall flange carries a plug-in connector with automatic flow regulator providing 50 litres per minute for a norm-compliant body-shower pattern at 1,5 to 3 bar flow pressure. Stainless-steel quick-mount nipples ease alignment of the 625 mm projection shower arm, while a DIN-DVGW approved 3/4-inch ball valve is operated by a 700 mm green powder-coated pull rod with ring handle. The black high-performance plastic shower head is corrosion-resistant, largely scale-free, robust and self-draining. An integrated ClassicLine safety eye shower features a stainless-steel collecting basin of 275 mm diameter with 1 1/4-inch male drain, dual wide-spray high-performance heads with dust covers, and an automatic 14 litres per minute flow regulator for 1 to 5 bar operation. PUSH-lever actuation, long-afterglow signal plate, ISO 7010 signage and mounting height 810 mm (± 100 mm) support use according to ANSI Z358.1-2014 and DIN EN 15154-1/2/5. Questions about ClassicLine body safety shower with eye shower with stainless steel catch basin
What is this article?
ClassicLine body safety shower with eye shower with stainless steel catch basin is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes B-Safety for laboratory use. It sits in Eye wash stations & bottles, inside Emergency & first aid, in Lab safety equipment.
An eye-wash bottle is a sterile saline ready to flush an eye, and it expires. A plumbed eye-wash station supplies a stated flow for a stated time. The bottle is the portable answer. The station is the fixed one. Either has to be reachable within seconds, with the seal intact and the date still valid.
Emergency equipment is what is used in the first minute: an eye-wash bottle or a plumbed station for a splash, a first-aid kit, a fire blanket or an extinguisher of the class that matches the fuel. The eye wash has to be reachable and, if it is a bottle, within its expiry. A station that is blocked by a trolley is not a station. Practice is described by EU-OSHA on dangerous substances. The chemical that caused the splash is classified under the CLP Regulation.
