Description
Digital burette Titrex 0 - 50 ml is a high-precision laboratory instrument for accurate dosing and titration across everyday analytical workflows. Standard subdivision is 0,01 ml, with accuracy of ±0,03 ml and deviation of ±0,01 ml on a GL45 thread connection. Error limits are tighter than the requirements of ISO 8655, supporting reliable volumetric work with most acids and alkalis. The closed system vents and empties without reagent loss, while the valve head rotates through 360° for safer handling. Dual-function operation covers dispensing up to 50 ml and burette use up to 99,99 ml, with rapid volume setting and vertical valves that help prevent sedimentation and contamination. A 180° rotatable cannula delivers fully drip-free delivery. Calibration is performed with water at 20 °C; the next calibration date can be preset and recalibration for media of different density is supported. Up to 1000 values can be stored via the RS232 interface, with automatic power cut-off after three minutes. The unit from manufacturer Witeg is easy to dismantle and clean, the valve head is autoclavable at 121 °C, and each instrument carries an individual certificate, CE mark, serial number and DE-M marking. Scope of delivery includes suction tube, discharge cannula, adapters, charging cable, TITREXSOFT software, RS232 cable and certificate.

Questions about Digital burette TITREX 0 - 50 ml
What is this article?
Digital burette TITREX 0 - 50 ml is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Witeg for laboratory use. It sits in Burettes, inside Volumetric glassware, in Labware.
A burette delivers a measured volume through a stopcock, which is how a titration is read. Class A and class AS state the tolerance. The stopcock, glass or PTFE, and the volume of the burette are the choices. A dirty bore changes the delivered volume.
Volumetric glassware is glass that has been calibrated to contain or to deliver one stated volume at a reference temperature. That calibration is the whole point. Class A and class AS have a tighter tolerance than class B. A volumetric flask contains. A pipette and a burette deliver. A measuring cylinder is the coarser reading, used when the volume is not the result. The classes sit under ISO laboratory glassware. The chain back to the unit of volume is the work of the BIPM and of NIST.
