Description
DURAN® reagent bottle, narrow neck, clear, with standard ground joint NS 29/32 is a classic stoppered laboratory bottle formed from DURAN® borosilicate 3.3 Type 1 glass for storage of liquid and solid chemicals and reagents. The 1 l nominal volume vessel features a narrow conical ground joint conforming to ISO 4796-2 and is supplied without glass stopper. The narrow neck suits liquids while the shoulder angle enables clean pouring. A matching ground stopper provides an excellent seal that protects contents against evaporation, oxidation and contamination. Made entirely of glass components, the bottle is suitable for aggressive materials. An easily readable graduated scale and permanent white enamel marking field with Retrace Code for production traceability are fired onto the glass. From manufacturer Duran/DWK Life Sciences, these bottles are used for storage of air-sensitive reagents, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, hygroscopic solids, granules and pharmaceutical powders, as well as for transport and shipping of samples.
